Participants in the FLT program have the option of attending the program class one time a week for for twelve structured weeks. Each person in the class has the options of having therapeutic measurements taken, BMI and BIA calculated along with a hip to waist ratio. The goal is that each person is educated on how to manage the health concerns listed above, but understand what these body is made of, to make better lifestyle decisions.
